The "SSD500-SC-P" is a dedicated semi-automatic processing machine equipped with a mechanism that allows the lower die of the press to slide back and forth, as well as a workpiece transport device.
When the material is set and the start button is pressed, the transport device picks up the material and loads it onto the die (lower die). The lower die then slides to the press position, performs the punching operation, and moves back to the transport position.
The transport device automatically executes a series of operations until it picks up the punched individual products and stores them in the product tray.

- The top dead center, intermediate point, bottom dead center, and cutting amount can be easily set to any position in increments of 0.1/0.01mm using a manual pulse handle.
